No. The card holder has to come to pick the Waverunners up because they have to sign the contract.

No. Jet Action Rentals will only accept a credit card or debit card for the deposit, no exceptions. Cash will be accepted for the rental payment or the purchase of lake passes. (If you are using a debit card for the deposit, check in advance to make sure your daily limit won’t be exceeded).

Typically it takes an average of 4 – 10 business days for the hold to be released back to your card. This is something that we have no control over.

All of the Waverunners from the previous day come into the shop at 5:00 P.M. Even if all the Waverunners are not rented out and there are some in the shop, the staff is busy cleaning and setting up the Waverunners that were rented out that day.

You can take the Waverunners to any lake in the U.S. You cannot take the Waverunners in salt water or to Mexico.

No. Delivery to the lakes is illegal! If you do not have a tow vehicle, then you can rent one. Give us a call and we can refer you to a close, reputable rental car company.
