Ryan at Jet Action Rentals has the best customer service for any Jet Ski rental Company. I recently purchased one of his Used skis from his fleet and it looks/runs great. Ryan let me take it for a test ride with no pressure sales. He even changed the impeller, oil and new spark plugs!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before scheduled pick-up. The non-refundable reservation fee can be applied to any future rental and this amount will never expire. If the total rental payment was made at the time of reservation, then the rental amount will be refunded, and the reservation fee will be saved for future use as well.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up are not allowed. In this case, the reservation fee will not be returned, and you will still be obligated to pay the full rental payment. This payment is non-refundable and will not be able to be used on future rentals.
